We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist with a strong background in accounting and finance to lead the successful deployment and optimization of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Financial Reporting within the NetSuite. This role is perfect for an ERP professional with accounting expertise looking to make a meaningful impact on operational efficiency and system effectiveness.

Must Haves:

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, with a focus on finance/accounting modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Background in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Proven track record in managing system configurations, data migrations, and user training.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• NetSuite certification(s) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on financial modules including AP, AR, GL, and Knowledge of procurement workflows
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and design effective NetSuite solutions.
• Configure NetSuite modules to align with accounting practices and organizational needs.
• Assist in data migration, system integration, and testing activities to ensure accurate deployment.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Train users on system functionality and best practices for ongoing use and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting processes and NetSuite performance.
• Stay updated on NetSuite releases and accounting standards to ensure compliance and system optimization.

• Job Timings: An Evening shift follows the US-EST time zone.
• Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
