Position Summary
Under the direction of the Account Manager, the Project Manager oversees small to mid-sized projects from initiation through completion. This mid-level role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and delivering results aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager ensures projects
remain on track, within scope and budget, and aligned with company and client goals.

Must Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and drive teams toward a common goal.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Solid understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience interfacing with clients and senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
    Preferred: Project Management Certification (CAPM, APM, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
  • Develop project scope, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Regularly analyse and adjust project plans to align with budget and timeline.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Establish clear project communication plans and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Delegate project tasks to appropriate team members and ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate successful project handoff.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee project budgets ranging up to $2M annually.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
