 Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller. The successful candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and set appointments. This is crucial in generating new business and supporting our overall sales growth.

Must Haves

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle objections with confidence.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive sales pitches over the phone.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
  • Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Follow up on previous contacts to nurture and move leads through the pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Part Time)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
