Junior Admin Officer
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Admin Officer to join our team. The Junior Admin Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations.
- Manage and organize documents, records, and files for easy retrieval.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and provide necessary support.
- Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support facilities management by overseeing office maintenance and addressing related issues.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and special projects.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update and maintain records.
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate completion of tasks.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine administrative challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Other details:
- It's a Karachi-based on-site role, the office is located in PECHS, Block 6, near the main Baloch colony, Shahrah-e-Faisal
- Rotational shift timings: Morning, Evening, and Night (Monday - Saturday).
