Junior Admin Officer

 Job Description:

Horizon Tech is seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Admin Officer to join our team. The Junior Admin Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations.
  • Manage and organize documents, records, and files for easy retrieval.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and provide necessary support.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Support facilities management by overseeing office maintenance and addressing related issues.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to update and maintain records.
  • Oversee the maintenance and security of all office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate completion of tasks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve routine administrative challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Other details:

  • It's a Karachi-based on-site role, the office is located in PECHS, Block 6, near the main Baloch colony, Shahrah-e-Faisal
  • Rotational shift timings: Morning, Evening, and Night (Monday - Saturday).
