Horizon Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable professional to manage customer billing, collections, and reconciliation activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collections, and building strong client relationships to support healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Record and reconcile payments against invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare ageing reports and share them with management regularly.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/Accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collections.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
