Sales Representative (ZR-470)
Job Description:
We are a fast-growing, US-based BPO staffing company specializing in providing remote talent to our clients across various industries in US. We pride ourselves on connecting top-tier remote professionals with US-based businesses.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and proven BPO or staffing industry experience to help us grow our US client base.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in the BPO, outsourcing, or staffing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience working with US-based clients is must.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a remote or international sales-environment
- Strong understanding of outsourcing/staffing models and remote work culture.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote/ onsite setup.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads in the US market through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients needing remote staffing solutions.
- Engage with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Hiring Managers) to understand their hiring needs.
- Present our BPO staffing services confidently and tailor solutions based on client requirements.
- Schedule and conduct discovery and onboarding calls with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
