Front Desk Officer (FDO) / Administrative Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Officer / Administrative Officer with at least 2 years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, calls, and office coordination while ensuring smooth administrative workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Maintain visitor log, attendance records, and office documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (courier, letters, emails).
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory tracking.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area.
- Assist HR/Admin team in daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate office environment.
- Basic understanding of HR/Admin processes.
- Good telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
