Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Strategist to take ownership of the marketing efforts across four established businesses operating in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multi-brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the business, take initiative, and work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts, LinkedIn pages, and Google Business Profiles for all four companies.
- Plan, create, and execute direct mail marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and promotional email blasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather photos, updates, and content for social media and marketing activities.
- Support SEO initiatives to improve online visibility, search rankings, and market penetration.
- Learn the products, services, and target markets of each business to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Proactively recommend and implement new marketing ideas to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and business units.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on results and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multiple brands or business units.
- Strong understanding of social media management, LinkedIn marketing, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and direct mail campaign execution.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh marketing ideas and strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with B2B marketing is required; exposure to B2C marketing is an advantage.
