Horizon Tech is looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Expert to set up, manage, and optimize the companys online sales channels using marketplace platforms. 
The company is currently not active on social media. The primary focus of this role is marketplace setup, product listing optimization, customized order workflows, operational efficiency, and revenue growth not custom website development. This is a full-time role for someone who can take ownership of marketplace performance and online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Setup & Management

• Set up and manage storefronts on:
  o Amazon
  o WooCommerce
  o Square Store
  o Shopify
• Configure template-based stores (no advanced coding required)
• Ensure platform compliance and policy adherence
• Conduct research to identify best-performing structures and marketplace strategies
  

Product Listing & Optimization:

• Create and optimize high-converting product listings:
  o SEO-focused titles and descriptions
  o Pricing strategy
  o Product variations
  o Keyword research
  o Image optimization
• Continuously monitor and improve listing performance

Customized Ordering Workflow:

• Implement and manage a customized ordering tool for personalized products
• Ensure smooth coordination between online orders and production
  
• Maintain order accuracy and process clarity
  

Order Flow & Operations:

• Manage order routing and fulfillment processes
• Track inventory across platforms
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and stock levels
• Ensure operational efficiency and low error rates

Customer Communication:

• Enable and manage live chat and marketplace messaging systems
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and disputes
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction ratings

Performance Monitoring & Growth:

• Track KPIs such as:
  o Sales growth
  o Conversion rates
  o Return rates
  o Marketplace performance metrics
• Identify new product opportunities
• Optimize promotions and pricing strategies
• Drive measurable online revenue growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, or similar platforms
• Strong experience working with template-based eCommerce stores
• Deep understanding of marketplace policies and compliance
• Experience handling customized or made-to-order products
• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and optimize performance
• Experience managing chat systems and customer communications
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of full marketplace operations
