 Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Support professional to assist in daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a good understanding of documentation and employee coordination processes.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage professional written communications, including internal and external emails
  • Handle and respond to emails independently in a timely and organised manner
  • Support HR operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining employee files
  • Assist in employee screen monitoring and reporting as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of HR and administrative records
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on assigned responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant HR or administrative role
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to draft professional communications efficiently
  • Good understanding of documentation and record management processes
  • Ability to handle emails and administrative tasks independently
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive
  • Willingness and availability to work evening/night shifts

  • Job Timings: On-site evening night shift following US EST
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
