Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Support professional to assist in daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a good understanding of documentation and employee coordination processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage professional written communications, including internal and external emails

Handle and respond to emails independently in a timely and organised manner

Support HR operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining employee files

Assist in employee screen monitoring and reporting as required

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of HR and administrative records

Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently

Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on assigned responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant HR or administrative role

Fluent in spoken and written English

Strong typing skills with the ability to draft professional communications efficiently

Good understanding of documentation and record management processes

Ability to handle emails and administrative tasks independently

Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive

Willingness and availability to work evening/night shifts

- Job Timings: On-site evening night shift following US EST
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
