We are hiring for a US-based client seeking a full-time Systems Integration Developer to own, maintain, and continuously improve integrations between core business systems. The primary focus of this role is managing and optimizing Zoho Flow connections between Zoho applications, OnPrintShop, and other operational platforms. You will serve as the internal owner of system integrations, ensuring reliable, accurate, and well-documented data flow across all operational tools used by the business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support existing Zoho Flow automations across business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve syncing issues between Zoho applications, OnPrintShop, and other platforms.
• Refactor, optimize, and improve existing workflows as business processes evolve.
• Build new integrations as additional tools and systems are adopted.
• Ensure orders, customer data, production information, and operational data remain accurate and consistent across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with operations and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document system integrations, data mappings, workflows, and connection logic in a structured and organized manner.
• Monitor the ongoing health and reliability of live production systems used daily by operations teams.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Flow in a real business environment.
• Experience working with Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Strong experience integrating third-party systems using APIs.
• Experience supporting and maintaining live production systems.
• Practical problem-solving mindset with focus on system reliability and long-term maintainability.
• Ability to take ownership of system integrations and manage them independently.
• Strong understanding of how integrations support business operations.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience with OnPrintShop or similar web-to-print platforms (highly preferred).
• Experience handling multi-system environments with ongoing operational dependencies.
