Horizon Tech is looking for a highly tech-savvy, trend-forward marketing professional who leverages AI and cutting-edge strategies to drive growth across B2B and B2C channels, with strong expertise in short-form content platforms like TikTok. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute AI-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms.
• Manage and scale social media presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Create high-performing short-form video content (especially TikTok & Reels) aligned with trends.
• Use AI tools for content creation, automation, and campaign optimization.
• Drive B2B and B2C lead generation through innovative digital strategies.
• Stay ahead of US market trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes.
• Handle multiple brands/projects with strong ownership and speed.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics across campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok growth and short-form content strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing, content, and automation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, virality, and audience behavior.
• Experience working with US audiences/market.
• Ability to multitask across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills.

Preferred:

• Experience scaling accounts through organic + paid strategies
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and content amplification
