Sr. Graphic Designer (ZR-655)
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking for a Creative Arts associate who will be responsible for supporting the development, visualization, and execution of creative assets for live events, branded environments, and experiential activations. This role assists in translating client concepts and operational needs into visually compelling and production-ready creative deliverables. The Creative Arts team supports event production operations, which can include conceptual design, print and fabrication artwork preparation, rendering development, approval management, production coordination, and collaboration with project management and operational departments to ensure successful execution of live events and experiential activations.
Key Responsibility:
- Create and revise event graphics, renderings, mockups, and branded visual materials
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print, fabrication, signage, backdrops, wraps, and event installations
- Support the development of 2D and 3D visualizations for client presentations and operational execution
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales Teams, Fabrication, Print Production, and Logistics departments to ensure creative deliverables align with operational requirements and deadlines
- Modify artwork and designs based on client feedback, production needs, and event specifications
- Organize and maintain digital project files, artwork assets, and approval documentation
- Assist in developing creative concepts, mood boards, and visual themes for events and activations
- Ensure artwork quality, sizing, formatting, and production specifications
- Support operational teams with visual references, installation guides, and production documentation as needed
Qualification:
- Experience in graphic design, event design, experiential marketing, production design, or related creative fields
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design/rendering software
- Strong understanding of print production, large-format graphics, and file preparation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience within live events, production, fabrication, or experiential environments preferred

- Job Timings: On-site 6:00 PM till 2:00 AM.
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
