Sr. Graphic Designer (ZR-655)

 Job Description:

The Graphic Designer (Designer II) is a creative professional responsible for producing technically sound, visually compelling, and brand-aligned artwork that supports both event-related deliverables and internal business needs. This role operates across a broad range of creative outputs — from static graphics and illustrations to motion graphics — and is central to maintaining the visual integrity of the brand.Specializations within the Creative Departments span Print, Creative Arts, Fabrication, Décor, Photo/Video, and Entertainment.

The Designer II's core areas of focus include providing Creative Arts Content and Ideas, adherence to our brand guidelines, Digital Asset Maintenance, and ongoing Task Updates.

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and illustrations to support event-related tasks and interoffice art needs. 
  • Produce technically sound and dimensionally accurate artwork; accurate details related to each design request will be provided upon task assignment and the Designer II is expected to fully understand the brief and raise any questions or concerns to the Head of Creative Arts before proceeding. 
  • Generate fresh creative ideas and contribute to the visual direction of projects, proactively suggesting concepts that elevate the overall creative output. 
  • Revise and update previously created art files as required, ensuring revisions are executed accurately and efficiently within established file management standards. 
  • Collaborate with the Designer I role throughout the design and production process to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of creative assets. 
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current Brand Guidelines and apply them consistently across all company-driven design requests. Stay up to date with Brand Guideline revisions, which are regularly updated and made available to all team members; ensure all deliverables reflect the most current standards. 
  • Ensure all artwork and design output meets brand's quality benchmarks for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
  • Manage and archive design assets in accordance with departmental file management standards, ensuring files are organized, version-controlled, and retrievable for future use. Follow established company file management protocols at all times to enable seamless collaboration and revision of any previously created assets.
  • Maintain the condition of all digital and physical assets, including keeping printers and related physical hardware clean through required and preventative maintenance routines.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc departmental strategy sessions as requested by the Head of Creative Arts. Attend strategy sessions, briefings, and consultations as required by the team or related project tasks.
  • Demonstrate a consistently positive attitude and professional behavior in all team interactions and communications. 
  • Take a proactive approach when identifying areas where assistance is needed, raising concerns or offering support without waiting to be asked

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in static graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics. 
  • Advanced command of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, or equivalent tools). 
  • Ability to produce dimensionally accurate and technically precise artwork suitable for print, fabrication, and digital applications.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across a variety of design formats. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing digital file archives and adhering to structured file management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven creative environment without compromising quality. Background in events, experiential marketing, live productions, or a related creative industry.
  • Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary creative department across print, décor, fabrication, or entertainment specializations.
  • Familiarity with physical print production processes and basic maintenance of print hardware.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with distributed creative and operational teams.

  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
