We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and continuously grow our digital presence on multiple platforms, for multiple brands. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple brands and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Write and edit compelling marketing copy for posts, ads, blogs, campaigns, and digital assets
• Develop high-quality visual content in both video and graphic formats, including video editing and post-production
• Schedule, manage, and maintain content calendars across platforms
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Support SEO, content optimisation, and performance improvement initiatives
• Analyse content performance and engagement metrics to refine strategy.
  

Requirements

• 2 – 4+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital media
• Strong writing, communication, and on-camera presentation skills
• Experience managing business or brand social media accounts
• Proven video editing experience for social media and digital platforms
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking tools
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred
• The ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Strong punctuality and dependability
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-OneDrive, MS-Teams, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
