Sales Lead Generation Strategist (ZR-696)

 Job Description:

We're looking for only the best Sales Lead Generation Strategist to help grow our business beyond referrals and word of mouth. Much of our pipeline currently comes from our existing circle your job is to expand our reach, consistently bring in new leads, and open doors with potential customers who don't yet know us. You'll start part-time so we can build momentum together, with a clear path to full-time and to closing deals as you learn our model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads consistently through proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, lead gen tools and social channels.
  • Book in-person appointments with qualified prospects for our team to meet.
  • Reconnect with existing clients to nurture relationships, upsell, and expand accounts.
  • Move deals through the pipeline and, over time, close deals directly once you've learned our offering.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and activity in our CRM, Sheets.
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, appointments booked, and results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or inside sales strategy.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with clear, confident phone communication.
  • Comfortable with both cold and warm outreach and skilled at handling objections.
  • Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the discipline to hit activity targets independently.
  • Must have a road map to boost sales and create strategies time to time.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling promotional products, custom signage.
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding lead or appointment/sales quotas.
