Account Executive (SMB) - Remote Staffing Solutions (ZR-659)

 Job Description:

As an Account Executive (SMB) – Remote Staffing Solutions, you will be the primary driver of new business growth within the small-to-medium business segment. You will prospect, engage, and close deals with decisionmakers at SMB companies looking to build or expand their remote workforce through 1Source BPO's staffing solutions. This is a high-energy, hunter-focused role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Find and reach out to SMB clients through calls, emails, and networking
  • Understand client needs through discovery calls and suggest suitable staffing solutions
  • Present 1Source BPO's services clearly and handle client queries
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing deals
  • Keep CRM updated (HubSpot, Salesforce & Zoho preferred) with pipeline and follow-ups
  • Work with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing, BPO, HR, or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zoho CRM
  • Understanding of remote staffing or outsourcing
  • Experience selling to SMB clients
