Sales & Project Coordinator (ZR-614)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales & Project Coordinator with strong experience in the signage industry. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing everything from lead engagement to order accuracy, coordination with production, and ensuring timely follow-ups role is required for the part-time, but if performance is up to the mark, then it will transition into full-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects and handle inbound/outbound sales communication
- Take accurate signage orders with attention to detail
- Coordinate project requirements between customers, designers, and production teams
- Present solutions clearly and professionally to clients
- Follow up with clients consistently via phone, email, and messaging
- Maintain organised notes and project documentation
- Manage quotes, proposals, and order confirmations
- Support scheduling and delivery coordination.
Requirements
- Signage industry experience or very strong familiarity with sign products and processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong note-taking and documentation discipline
- Ability to articulate technical project details clearly
- Experience with outbound outreach (calls, emails, messaging)
- Timely and professional follow-up approach
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills

Other Details
- Job Timings: Part-time, on-site evening/night shift following US EST.
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
