Sales & Lead Gen Executive (ZR-516)
Job Description:
We're looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Executive who has grit, resilience, determination to push through challenges, and hands-on experience in sales.
About the Role
This is a hands-on sales position where persistence and attitude matter just as much as skill. You'll prospect new business, set appointments, and re-engage past clients, all while representing the business as the go-to solution for custom T-shirts, signage, promotional products, etc, and fast-turnaround printing.
Key Responsibilities
- Relentlessly generate qualified leads through tools and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up
- Set appointments and secure details for the sales team to close deals
- Reconnect with existing clients to upsell new T-shirt styles, bulk deals, or other services
- Keep detailed, accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM
- Learn the ins and outs of the printing and T-shirt industry so you can confidently present our value
Must Haves
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to hold a prospect's attention
- Dependable and consistent, show up every day ready to put in the work
- Thick skin and gritty attitude handle rejections without slowing down
- Self-motivated hunter mindset, you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
- Strong organizational skills to stay on top of follow-ups and pipeline management
Nice to Have
- Experience in custom printing, T-shirts, or promotional products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Background in high-volume outbound calling environments

- Job Timings: On-site night shift following US PST (Full-time)
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
