The Role

We are looking for a construction superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and drive work forward.

This is not a sit-back role. You'll be expected to lead from the field, identify issues early, coordinate trades effectively, and keep the job moving.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead daily field operations and site coordination
• Manage subcontractors and enforce work sequencing
• Monitor quality of work and installation standards
• Identify and communicate field issues before they become problems
• Coordinate inspections and resolve conflicts in real time
• Maintain daily reports and progress tracking
• Enforce jobsite safety expectations
• Work closely with the Project Manager to align field execution with schedule and project goals

What We're Looking For

• 7–18+ years of construction experience (commercial, mixed-use, or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Ability to read drawings and catch issues early
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and holding the accountable
• Comfortable being the point person in the field
• Strong communication skills, clear, direct, and professional

Compensation

• Salary Range: $75,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus
