Overview

HorizonWorks is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects on behalf of a major developer client. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage both field execution and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage schedule, budget, and scope
• Oversee contractor performance and coordination
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder coordination
• Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards
• Identify risks and drive proactive solutions

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience working with developers, GCs, or owner's rep teams
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, ACC, etc.)
