About the Role

A leading manufacturer of engineered environmental monitoring solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to expand and support sales across the Western U.S. This role combines technical sales, territory development, and channel partner support within critical environments such as hospitals, research facilities, and specialized commercial spaces.

You will build relationships with engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders while guiding projects from initial design through installation. This is a highly visible, growth-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys presenting technical solutions, supporting channel partners, and driving long-term regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow new business by engaging strategically with engineers, contractors, and facility teams

  • Manage and support channel partners and key accounts across the Western region

  • Deliver technical sales presentations and lead solution-based sales discussions

  • Identify high-value projects and guide them from specification through post-installation support

  • Collaborate with internal application engineering and marketing teams

  • Attend and facilitate trade shows, webinars, and training events to stay aligned with industry trends

Required Qualifications

Industry Experience HVAC or Building Automation

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, building automation, or related technical industries

  • Experience with airflow, pressure control, or critical environment systems highly preferred

  • Comfortable working within complex mechanical and engineered environments

Channel Partner & Territory Management

  • Proven success managing indirect sales through channel partners

  • Ability to maintain long-term relationships across a large, multi-state territory

  • Experience supporting exclusive territories and driving partner performance is a strong plus

Technical Aptitude

  • Able to understand and confidently communicate technical concepts related to airflow, pressure management, and critical environment control

  • Comfortable presenting to engineers, facility managers, and contractors

  • Skilled at translating technical features into clear, value-focused solutions
