Contract Details: Full-time; Salary $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation; 12 months of experience minimum

PRN SONS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Winmalee, NSW, Australia. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and standards

- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety standards

- Monitor and control stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling and preparation techniques

- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials

- Assist with menu planning and costing

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Formal culinary training and/or certification is preferred

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Valid food handling and safety certifications
