Position: Cook Full Time

Company: Noodle Box Logan Village

Location: Logan Village, QLD, Australia

Contract Details: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation

Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Noodle Box Logan Village. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian-inspired dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to Noodle Box recipes and standards

- Ensure all food is cooked and presented to a high standard and meets quality control guidelines

- Monitor and maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies

- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

- Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand during busy periods

- Assist with menu planning and development

- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 months of experience as a cook in a similar role

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable)
