Fruit Farm Workers

Position: Fruit Farm Worker

VNC United Pty Ltd (Chahal Farming FNQ) is a leading fruit farm located in Moresby, QLD, Australia. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Farm Workers on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Harvesting and picking of fruits 

- Sorting and grading fruits according to size and quality standards

- Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and sprayers

- Plant, maintain, and harvest fruits according to company standards and procedures

- Pruning and thinning fruit trees

- Irrigating and fertilizing crops

- Packing and packaging fruits for storage and transportation

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Following all health and safety regulations and procedures

- Assisting with general farm maintenance and other duties as assigned by the farm manager

- Pack and label fruits for shipment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in fruit farming

- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

- Good communication and time management skills

- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary

- Must have the right to work in Australia

We offer a competitive salary of $66000 to $74000 plus Superannuation, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
