Order Management Specialist- Perú

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of products, meeting our regional billing goals and providing an outstanding service to internal and external clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receive and review templates for new requests

  • Create PIs and POs in SAP

  • Verify factory PI costs against the system

  • Follow up on SAP approvals for non-automatic PIs

  • Send PI to commercial team and follow up on signatures

  • Request PO approvals and send to factories

  • Track loading dates from factories and keep reports updated

  • Enter shipment dates and inventory in SAP for invoicing

  • Review and modify purchase orders (costs/quantities) and follow up on approvals

  • Manage customer documentation and shipping documents

  • Handle claims related to damaged products

  • Coordinate and follow up on certification/showroom samples

  • Update customer platforms with order and documentation info

  • Analyze and quote air, sea, and land freight services

  • Visit clients periodically for operational alignment

  • Prepare reports of visits and other assigned tasks

Key deliverables:

  • Proforma Invoices

  • Factory Purchase Orders

  • Order status reports

  • Logistics reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles

  • Knowledge of Peruvian import regulations (South region knowledge is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office

  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

  • Desirable: Experience with Cargowiz, other ERPs.
