I.T SUPPORT ENGINEER - MANILA
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
- With knowledge or hands-on experience in ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
- Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
- Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
- Check the designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
- Update the ticket as soon as you work on it.
- Check pending tickets and make sure that they are completed within the specified ticketing system.
- Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
