Referral Terms and Conditions

(For House of I.T Employees Submitting a Referral)

By submitting a referral through the House of I.T Employee Referral Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• All regular employees of House of I.T are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program, except:

  • HR personnel involved in recruitment

  • Department Heads

• You may refer friends, acquaintances, former colleagues, or qualified professionals who are not currently employed or actively applying with House of I.T.

2. Referral Process

• You must submit the official HOIT Employee Referral Form prior to the candidate submitting an application or during the early stages of the application.

• The referral form must be submitted within three (3) business days if prompted by the Recruitment Officer. Failure to comply will forfeit the referral bonus.

• Only referrals documented in the Referral Updates Tracker will be recognized as valid.

3. Referral Bonus

• You will be entitled to a ₱3,000 referral bonus for every successful hire who:

  • Is officially hired through your referral,

  • Passes the fifth (5th) month performance evaluation, and

  • Is regularized by the company.

• Bonuses are subject to payroll processing timelines and applicable tax deductions.

4. Disqualifications

• Referrals submitted without completing the official referral form will not be considered.

• Referrals made after the applicant is already in the recruitment pipeline are not eligible for a bonus.

• You are not eligible for the referral bonus if you are in HR, the recruiting department, or a department head directly involved in the hiring decision.

5. General Conditions

• House of I.T reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Employee Referral Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes regarding referral ownership or eligibility will be resolved by the HR Department, and their decision will be final.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you understand and agree to the above terms and that the information you have provided is true and complete.
