About the job HR Specialist - Performance Management

We are looking for an HR Specialist with experience handling Performance Management to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Identify company performance and development goals
Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per company's objectives

Work with Department Leads and Managers to improve performance standards and ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives

Research, modify, and innovate existing processes to further improve the system

Suggest trainings/workshops to elevate and improve performance target goals

Identify existing issues that hinder employees performance and provide suggestions/ways to improve it

Will act as a point of contact for the HR department for any performance-related concerns

Perform other HR/Administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

Experience as an HR Specialist or relevant human resources/administrative position 
Knowledge of office and HR procedures Has good attention to detail
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills 
Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels
Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
