Executive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess highly qualified candidates for senior-level positions across multiple industries.
This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong talent network while working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure the timely placement of top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and strategic partnerships.
Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform candidate assessments to determine qualifications and fit for executive and senior-level roles.
Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and continuously expand the firms talent network using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Process & Delivery Management
Manage recruitment timelines and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
Requirements

Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or executive search consultant

Experience recruiting senior or executive-level talent

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing tools

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

Ability to use multiple sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies

Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills

Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
