Were hiring a Business Development Representative / Sales Hunter to join our founding team in Miami. Youre a true hunter—comfortable opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue. Background in B2B professional services (headhunting, staffing, consulting, HR services, SaaS, corporate solutions) is a strong plus.
What youll do
- Prospect and win new client accounts in the U.S. market.
- Build and execute commercial plans by industry/vertical.
- Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closing.
- Work closely with our consultants to ensure exceptional delivery and client experience.
What we need
- Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations or related).
- 4+ years in B2B business development/sales (preferably professional services).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. business landscape; network in Miami/Florida is a plus.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Results-driven, confident communicator, strong negotiator, and comfortable selling to executives.
