Who were looking for

Were hiring a Business Development Representative / Sales Hunter to join our founding team in Miami. Youre a true hunter—comfortable opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue. Background in B2B professional services (headhunting, staffing, consulting, HR services, SaaS, corporate solutions) is a strong plus.

What youll do

  • Prospect and win new client accounts in the U.S. market.
  • Build and execute commercial plans by industry/vertical.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closing.
  • Work closely with our consultants to ensure exceptional delivery and client experience.

What we need

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations or related).
  • 4+ years in B2B business development/sales (preferably professional services).
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. business landscape; network in Miami/Florida is a plus.
  • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Results-driven, confident communicator, strong negotiator, and comfortable selling to executives.
