Role Overview
We are hiring 2x recruiters in London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester to expand our UK presence. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding financial advisors with transferable AUM. This is a target-driven role where integrity, accountability, and results matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a network of financial advisors across the UK.
- Represent Hoxton Wealth at regular networking events.
- Execute a structured plan of action and deliver measurable results.
- Source and recruit advisors with transferable client assets.
- Maintain an accurate and organised pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate with our global recruitment and leadership teams.
- Report regularly on progress against AUM growth targets.
Targets & Expectations
- Deliver a minimum of £50,000,000 in AUM within the first 12 months (quarterly run rate: £12.5M).
- Maintain consistent performance and follow through on commitments.
- Approach recruitment with a long-term, relationship-driven mindset.

- Proven success recruiting financial advisors with transferable assets.
- Strong existing network; confident attending and hosting industry events.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and organised, with a clear plan of action.
- Direct communicator open to giving and receiving honest feedback.

What We Offer
- £60,000 basic salary.
- Bonus structure: £40,000 bonus for delivering £50M AUM in year one (quarterly target: £12.5M = £10k per quarter).
- OTE of £100,000+, with uncapped earning potential above target.
