The Role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, communication, and adoption of Hoxtons technology ecosystem including the Hoxton Wealth App and our internal advisor platform. This role bridges product, marketing, and sales to ensure our technology is effectively launched, promoted, and embraced by both clients and advisors.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Insights

  • Partner with the App Product Manager to bring market, client, and advisor insights that help shape and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Collect and act on client and advisor feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and product adoption.

Launches & Go-to-Market

  • Review and refine in-app flows and copy in partnership with designers to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment for new features.
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new features, product launches, and platform updates.
  • Brief and align the marketing and PR teams to ensure campaigns and announcements are consistent with product positioning.
  • Support Product Managers in creating the full launch toolkit including communication materials, training decks, and other enablement assets.

Engagement & Adoption

  • Design and manage client engagement programs, including transactional emails, lifecycle campaigns, and adoption journeys for the app.
  • Monitor adoption and engagement metrics for the app, using insights to optimize communication and uptake.

Marketing & Communication

  • Own the Always-On communication strategy for the Hoxton Wealth App across organic and paid channels.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality messaging across all platforms.
