JOB SUMMARY
The Client & Market Lead drives strategic growth by building and nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying high-value market opportunities, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor. This role combines market intelligence, strategic account management, and business development to support the firm's expansion and influence across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen relationships with key clients and maximize business impact.
- Identify emerging market trends, assess competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with clients to understand their long-term goals and provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative service offerings and proposals aligned with market demands.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and the acquisition of high-potential clients.
- Represent the firm in high-level industry forums, conferences, and strategic networking engagements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on market expansion, client engagement, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, market penetration, and performance against growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic client management, business development, or market strategy roles.
- Proven experience in building and managing C-level client relationships and delivering business growth.
- Strong understanding of key industry sectors and market dynamics.
- Track record in translating market intelligence into actionable strategic initiatives.
