Job Purpose:

Responsible for tracking and implementation of analytical tools across our web and app properties to support Marketing, UX and Content Merchandising analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a plan for developing digital analytics infrastructure with the Google and Adjust tracking suit.
  • Subject matter expert on Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, GA360, Firebase, Adjust etc.
  • Understanding of Front-end web development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Debug existing analytic set up on web and apps to identify gaps.
  • Configure tags using GTM for web properties and work with developers to set up tags in Adjust.
  • Configure marketing pixels on web and apps.
  • Configure trackers, custom dimensions and metrics that are in line with our business and commercial KPIs.
  • Take ownership of quality driven UAT approach and provide support for pre-release testing and quality assurance feedback for analytic code implementations.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis directly on GA/Adjust.
  • Perform audits and validations on every implementation to ensure reliable data output.
  • Build reports and dashboard on Google Data Studio and Powerbi
  • Responsible for cascading knowledge of web analytic tool product development and web analytics trends / best practices to the business.

Experience required:
2+ years experience in Digital Analytics Implementation.
Solid experience of working with Google Analytics expertise (Google Analytics 360, GA4, Data Studio).
Experience of app analytics platforms is a must - Firebase and Adjust/Appsflyer.
An understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript is required.
Proficient at data visualization (Data Studio, Powerbi, Tableau, or other similar platforms)

Education requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in information systems, Math, Computer Science or related field.
  • Google Analytics certification.
