Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring a seamless front-desk experience for clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and directing visitors.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional appearance and attitude.
