The Role

As our Head of Human Resources & Recruiting, you'll step into a truly exciting moment. We're in the midst of a significant transformation, and we need an HR leader to architect a complete upgrade. This isn't just about managing HR; it's about reimagining our approach. You'll be the driving force behind overhauling our recruiting funnels, redefining our policies, and fortifying our unique culture from the ground up. This role calls for someone with operational rigor, strategic vision, and unstoppable accountability.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a passive role; it's an opportunity to truly make your mark across several key areas:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and attract top-tier leadership and specialist talent.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with department heads to define role requirements, success metrics, and interview frameworks.
  • Implement metrics-driven recruiting strategies for time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, document, and enforce HR policies (PTO, benefits, PII handling, expense approvals).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Manage vendor and software procurement.

Communication & Engagement

  • Translate company cultural values into operational standards and communications.
  • Author and maintain updated onboarding decks, handbooks, and internal announcements.
  • Lead live "stress-test" communications drills to validate clarity and procedure adherence.

Employee Lifecycle & Development

  • Oversee performance management, feedback cycles, and growth planning.
  • Design internal branding and orientation programs aligned to business goals.
  • Identify high-potential talent and craft targeted development paths.

Metrics & Continuous Optimization

  • Track key HR KPIs: turnover, engagement, time-to-productivity, recruiting cost.
  • Analyze patterns and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Own quarterly reviews of HR processes and systems; prioritize high-impact optimizations.
