SEO Innovation Manager

Advision Development seeks an independent, driven SEO expert to lead innovative search projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about testing new ideas, pushing SEO boundaries, and independently managing content, outsourcing, design, and development.

Who We're Looking For:

You're a creative, results-driven SEO professional experienced in experimental and advanced strategies. You excel at working autonomously, quickly testing ideas, and scaling successful tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and execute innovative SEO projects

• Produce, source, or outsource SEO-driven content

• Manage or handle design and development aspects of projects

• Track performance and optimize based on KPIs

• Test and scale cutting-edge SEO methods (e.g., PBNs, cloaking, tiered link-building)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in advanced SEO methods

• Proven track record managing independent SEO projects

• Skills in content creation, basic web design, and development

• Analytical mindset with success ranking competitive keywords

• Resourceful and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000$120,000 USD

• Schedule: Flexible hours, remote-friendly

• PTO: 12 days per year, accrued monthly
