Head of Content and Growth

Advision Development is looking for an independent and experimental SEO expert to lead cutting-edge search projects. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on testing new ideas, pushing SEO boundaries, and owning projects from content to design and deployment.

Youll have full control to strategize, experiment, and execute advanced SEO campaignswhile working with a flexible, global team that values innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute experimental SEO campaigns from idea to implementation
• Create or outsource SEO-optimized content at scale
• Oversee basic design and development tasks related to SEO projects
• Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize based on performance
• Test and scale advanced methods like PBNs, cloaking, tiered link-building, and more

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with advanced SEO strategies
• Proven success in independently managing SEO projects
• Strong knowledge of content strategy, on-page SEO, and technical optimization
• Comfortable with basic web design/development tools
• Analytical and creativeable to rank competitive keywords with innovative methods
• Resourceful and self-motivated; you own your workflow
