As a customer service representative you will need to be friendly, professional and focused on understanding customer needs and enjoy connecting with them to work out the best solution. This is a fast paced dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. You must be able to work well within a team environment yet also demonstrate your own initiative when required.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service and order intake experience preferred
