Mission Overview

We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Support / Technical Support Agent to assist users and provide first-level technical guidance in their daily use of IT tools

This role combines customer service and light technical support, helping users resolve common issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their digital workplace

The position can be performed remotely or on-site in Bangkok, depending on availability

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in French via ticketing system, phone, or messaging
  • Assist users with basic technical issues related to their workstation or applications
  • Guide users in the use of office tools and collaborative platforms
  • Diagnose simple software, connectivity, or configuration issues
  • Escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams
  • Track and update requests in the ticketing system
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-up with users
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction


Technical Environment (basic knowledge required)

  • Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Outlook / Microsoft Teams
  • Basic network understanding (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues)
  • Ticketing tools (GLPI, Jira, ServiceNow or similar)

Profile

  • Fluent French speaker (clear and professional communication required)
  • Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or service desk is a plus
  • Comfortable assisting users with basic technical questions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and patience with users
  • Organized and able to manage multiple support requests
