An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing – Cardiovascular Services to lead a growing cardiovascular nursing program as part of a rapidly expanding cardiovascular service line.
Key Responsibilities

Oversight of CV-ICU, Heart Failure, and Med/Surg units

Leadership of nursing teams and frontline staff
-
Accountability for clinical quality, operations, and patient outcomes

Collaboration with physician and interdisciplinary leadership
Requirements
-
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
-
Masters Degree in Nursing (completed or in progress within 2 years)
-
Active RN license
-
Leadership experience supporting VAD/LVAD and ECMO programs
-
3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
-
2+ years in a nursing leadership role
