Director of Nursing – Cardiovascular Services

An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing – Cardiovascular Services to lead a growing cardiovascular nursing program as part of a rapidly expanding cardiovascular service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of CV-ICU, Heart Failure, and Med/Surg units

• Leadership of nursing teams and frontline staff

• Accountability for clinical quality, operations, and patient outcomes

• Collaboration with physician and interdisciplinary leadership

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• Masters Degree in Nursing (completed or in progress within 2 years)

• Active RN license

• Leadership experience supporting VAD/LVAD and ECMO programs

• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience

• 2+ years in a nursing leadership role
