Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide mechanical and electrical crafts within your assigned department.
  • Execute both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and lead safety discussions and job-specific reviews.
  • Manage crew assignments, ensuring fairness, clarity, and alignment with production priorities.
  • Apply root cause analysis and rapid problem-solving to restore or improve operations.
  • Support productivity, safety, quality, and delivery performance through effective leadership.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Rotate between day and night shifts on a defined schedule to oversee 12-hour operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with labor agreements, HR/IR practices, and union environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
