Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for a leading medical center in Portland, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN looking to advance into a leadership role within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ANM supports the Unit Director/Manager in planning, organizing, and evaluating perioperative services while ensuring excellence in patient care and operational performance during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations across 27 active operating rooms.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Implement and monitor best practices in surgical safety and quality.

Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN or higher).

Active Oregon RN License (or eligibility prior to start date).

BLS American Heart Association.

Minimum 3 years of Operating Room RN experience in an acute care hospital.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Recent clinical experience in acute care.

Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse background.

Leadership and Shared Governance experience.
