Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Med/Surg / ER)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Room Float Pool. This is a confidential posting; employer details will be shared with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for patients and families, maintaining privacy and confidentiality

• Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses

• Deliver plan-based care with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 2+ years recent ER acute care experience

• Registered Nurse license in Florida (or able to obtain)

• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred (required within 6 months)

• BSN preferred

• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
