Head of Technical Product Management – Renewable Products

About the Role

We are seeking a senior leader in Technical Product Management to drive the strategy and execution of software solutions for renewable plant automation and control. This role owns the product vision, leads high-performing teams, and partners closely with engineering and sales across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-year roadmap (SCADA, Power Plant Controllers, Hybrid Energy Management Systems).

• Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams.

• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.

• Drive adoption of cloud, AI/ML, and edge technologies.

• Engage with utilities, regulators, and key customers.

• Support technical pre-sales, RFIs/RFPs, and solution presentations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Technical Product Management within renewable energy or T&D automation software.

• Strong experience with renewable SCADA and power plant control systems.

• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, NERC CIP).

• Proven leadership of senior product teams.

• Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
