Clinical RN – Inpatient Services (Night)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Services to join the Emergency Department team on the night shift. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment while working within a supportive and collaborative care model.

The Emergency RN will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while responding to urgent and emergent patient needs across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients

• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care needs

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Support patient and family education and emotional needs

• Uphold a culture of dignity, respect, and whole-person care

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire

• BLS (AHA) certification upon hire

• ACLS (AHA) certification upon hire

• PALS (AHA) certification upon hire

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• National specialty certification (Emergency Nursing or related area)
