Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor clients clinical health and response to treatment.

Conduct psychiatric and physical health assessments.

Administer medications, IM injections, vaccines, and perform phlebotomy as required.

Guide the development of nursing policies, procedures, and resource identification.

Deliver rehabilitation, treatment, and recovery support services in community settings.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatry, nursing, social work, and peer specialists.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Provide education and guidance to clients on treatment plans and wellness practices.
Requirements:

Vocational or nursing degree (LPN or RN).
-
25 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in mental health or community care.

Ability to travel within the community to provide in-person services.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse populations.

Knowledge of psychiatric and physical health assessments and medication administration.

Authorization to work in the U.S.
