Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments and screenings.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans focused on functional goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and modify treatments as necessary based on patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families to promote ongoing care and recovery.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care.
- Keep current with ongoing education and engage in professional growth activities.
- Support the training of new staff and mentor physical therapy students.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an APTA-approved bachelor's program (or foreign equivalent).
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona. Candidates eligible for licensure are also encouraged to apply.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience: Recent experience working with adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting is preferred.
Benefits:
- Yearly Compensation = $85,000 - $100,000
