Core Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Centered Care: Assess health needs, develop personalized care plans, and support patients in their journey to wellness.
  • Leadership: Coordinate care plans, direct team efforts, and take ownership of patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse in Missouri (or willing to obtain).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, home care, hospice, or skilled nursing.

For Nurses from Canada & Mexico:

Required: NCLEX passed, TOEFL (unless native English speaker), Valid Visa Screen Certificate.

Commitment:

Candidates must provide a 2-year commitment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • We are currently only considering TN visa candidates from Mexico and Canada.
  • Candidates must have completed the NCLEX, TOEFL, and possess a valid visa screen certificate.
  • If the candidate does not already have a Missouri license, they must be willing to obtain one.
  • Candidates must be available for an interview within 48 hours.
  • Geriatric experience is preferred.
