Core Responsibilities:
- Patient-Centered Care: Assess health needs, develop personalized care plans, and support patients in their journey to wellness.
- Leadership: Coordinate care plans, direct team efforts, and take ownership of patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse in Missouri (or willing to obtain).
- Experience: 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, home care, hospice, or skilled nursing.
For Nurses from Canada & Mexico:
Required: NCLEX passed, TOEFL (unless native English speaker), Valid Visa Screen Certificate.

Commitment:
Candidates must provide a 2-year commitment.
Ideal Candidate:
- We are currently only considering TN visa candidates from Mexico and Canada.
- Candidates must have completed the NCLEX, TOEFL, and possess a valid visa screen certificate.
- If the candidate does not already have a Missouri license, they must be willing to obtain one.
- Candidates must be available for an interview within 48 hours.
- Geriatric experience is preferred.
