Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations in the Mother Baby Unit

  • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with care standards and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives

  • Mentor, coach, and support staff development and engagement

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient care delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California

  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)

  • California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)

  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field

  • 2+ years of recent experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g., Nurse Manager, ANM)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a hospital-based Mother Baby, Obstetrics, or Labor & Delivery unit
