Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations in the Mother Baby Unit

Foster a high-performing team culture focused on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction

Ensure compliance with care standards and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Mentor, coach, and support staff development and engagement
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient care delivery
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
-
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
-
California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)

Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
-
Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field

2+ years of recent experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g., Nurse Manager, ANM)

3+ years of hands-on experience in a hospital-based Mother Baby, Obstetrics, or Labor & Delivery unit
